Recognizing the current challenges in the Canadian venture capital industries, the CENE strives to harness the energy and expertise of a professional network of accomplished Canadian expatriates in the U.S.

These individuals share a passion for their Canadian heritage and a desire to give back to Canada. The CENE, operating in association with the Consulate General of Canada in Boston, was launched in 2013 and is supported by member dues and private and public sponsorships.

The CENE is composed of accomplished Canadian executives, entrepreneurs and investors. Charter Members help to advance Canadian entrepreneurship by mentoring promising companies and guiding them towards resources and partnerships in the industry. Charter Members are selected through a quarterly nomination process and contribute both time and capital to support the organization.
